Canon Registers five new Cameras

Canon has registered five new cameras, 2 DSLRs and three mirror-less cameras before Photokina so hopefully we will see a bunch of Canon products once that day comes. The two DSLRs seem to be updates to the 80D(although the 7d Mark III is a possibility) and an update to the 5dS(although an update to the 5d Mark IV is possible). One of the mirrorless cameras has to be the competitor to the A7III and the other two will probably compete against the A6500 and other Sony products.
Nikon announces new F-Mount F/5.6 500mm lens, why?

Nikon has announced an F-mount F/5.6 500mm lens which I believe will be price just above $3000. The confusing thing is that they are making it for the F-mount and not the Z-mount since we all know their mirrorless and Z-mount is the future.
Sony A7R III Price drop, Why?

Sony has recently dropped their flagship A7RIII's price down to $3000 from $3200. This is a significant drop. The A7RIII was already competing well against the 5D IV and the D850, so why did Sony drop the price even lower? What are Sony's Nefarious plans?
Sony RX100 VI thoughts

Sony has just announced a brand new compact point and shoot for $1200. It includes an f2.8 to f4 24-200mm lens but no Microphone Jack and no Flippy screen and only 5 minutes of 4k. I personally think Sony missed the boat on this way by not giving a microphone jack and taking a stop of light off the lens in exchange for a longer lens, what about you?
