Currently traveling North and staying at Sturgeon Bay right now in the Door county Peninsula. Its been overcast today and everything is frozen. Hoping to catch the sunset/sunrise tomorrow at parks but here a few photos for today:

Autumn at Blue mound
Went back to Blue Mound State Park for some hiking and Autumn pictures. The leaves there look really pretty during the fall season. Blue mound is the highest mound in Wisconsin and has great scenic overlooks:

Perrot State Park
After Merrick, I had to stop by to visit the nearby Perrot State Park. Perrot is more scenic and much bigger than Merrick and it was close to sunset so I had many picks of the river valley and backwaters at Perrot.

Returned to one of my favorite Wisconsin spots, only for half a day at the Apostle Islands. Really cold this time in Mid-September. Did not get to go Kayaking as we planned. I did get some good pictures of the sunrise though:

Claiming the lands of Illinois
Went this weekend to claim the lands of Illinois(minus its corruption) for the glory of the Bob Empire. Charles Mound is about a 1.25 mile walk from the parking spot. Its an easy hike and has a few good landscape views at the top. Here I am, claiming the land of Illinois:
