Hawkeye Point

The Beginning of my road trip had me a Hawkeye Point, the high point of Iowa. I had to go there to claim the State Of Iowa for myself. 

 

I claim Iowa

 

Hawkeye point was the easiest of the 12 State High points I've been to so far. As you can see my car is right next to me, its about 200 yards off the main road. It has a farmhouse(that is actually a small museum) and a silo right next to it.
