Should i even buy a drone?

I've been wanting to buy a drone for quite a while to be able to take aerial shots to add to my website. However, after reading the restrictions and the costs of a drone, I am having second thoughts. To use it for work, even just aerial still photos, you need to pay $150 for a drone License that needs to be renewed every 2 years. Besides that, you cannot fly a drone in a National Park, any Wisconsin State Park, Natural Area, or the Lower Wisconsin Riverway. With so many restrictions, I am just not sure if it is worth it or not to actually purchase a drone.
